The essay title for this week is something we all think about from time to time.
"The best way to get healthy"
Good luck with this, and I'll take your advice on board with my own future health. The word limit is 150.

My idea of the best way to get healthy is to travel all over the world at my own leisure pace, preferably without even a hand luggage. It is relaxing for the mind as there is no pressure to meet dealine and plenty of new cultures to experiance and learn. It is also a good excercise for the body as there is plenty of leisure strolls to make from one leisure mall to another. It is good too for the stomach as it provides the oppourtunity to eat as many varieties of healthy foods each country can provides as possible. As I don't have that sort of money to do the foresaid healthy things, I try to design my current life style as close to that as possible on a smaller scale. Hopefully, the scale can get bigger one day.

As I don't have enough money to do the aforesaid healthy things, I will try to design my current lifestyle to follow it on as close to that as possible on a smaller scale. Hopefully, I can pursue my dream the scale can get bigger one day.

My writing example:
Walking is the best way to health. Walking can not only contribute greatly to peopel's physical fitness but also ease people's pressure. It is said that if someone feels tired, they can walk 10 minutes and then they will relax and feel enjoyable.
According to some reports, people who go to work by walking have less heart disease and thrombus compared to those who by driving. Walking is the most convenient way to do exercise. It doesn't need court and tools, it can be done anywhere and anytime.
In addition to above benefits, walking is good for the enviroment as it reduces a lot pollution caused by car. If more and more people go to work by walking, traffice jam also can be eased.
From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw the conclusion that walking is the best way to health.

The best way to get healthy involves taking care of our physical and our emotional needs. Both of them are interdependent to great extents.
Physical needs consist of several elements such as consuming proper food, drinking enough water to relieve body's thirst, taking in nutrition to strength our immune systems, getting enough sleep to refresh our brains and minds from the stress of a day, breathing clean air, living in an adequate shelter, and exercising regularly.
Emotional needs are usually met by healthy interacting with people on a regular basis. Making the new friends and maintaining friendships with the old ones are desirable. We need one another in order to have a relationship and get a sense of belonging since we don't live very well with isolation.
The best way to get healthy is to live a balanced life both physically and emotionally.

Being healthy is the most important thing for all of us. Our physical health is directly related to our mental state therefore it is very important to have a good and happy mental state. One needs to have good thoughts and positive thinking to keep oneself happy.
To keep ourselves physically fit we should eat the right kind of balanced food. The food should have the right quantity of vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates and fat. It is very important to have a balanced diet. Also, water is very good for our health; we should try to drink at least eight glasses of water in day. Water removes most of the toxins of our body. Exercise also helps us remain in good shape. So it is also important to exercise daily to remain physically fit.
With the increase in stress due to our current hectic life style, we have to make sure to give time to ourselves and should do things which will make us happy. Also, with the increase in non-healthy food in the market we have to make our choices carefully and try to eat healthy and fresh food as much as possible.

The best way to get healthy
Walking and having nutritious food are the best way to get healthy. But nowadays people prefer to have fast food and use car, lift. Everybody says they don’t have time to walk. Everyday they have chance to walk from parking to their office. But they use escalator or lift. Actually I do the same. But I like to walk not climb the steps. We won’t think about our lives. But just satisfy ourselves for a moment.
Other option is having nutritious food. That is quite difficult. Because we couldn’t get fresh fruits and leave In Singapore. Because they don’t have lands to grow. But I tried to get fresh healthy food as possible I can. In Sri Lanka we can grow some leaves, fruits, green vegetable in our garden. Not In large quantity, But we can use when we are cooking. Actually we can try to grow vegetable and leaves which include more vitamins and mineral as a hobby. It’s good for health in physically and mentally. Luke Since you are in china you can try my second opinion. Actually it’s very good to have fresh food instead of what we are eating now.

Although they are not In large quantity, it's enough to use for personal cooking. Actually we can try to grow vegetables and leaves which include more vitamins and minerals as a hobby. It’s good for health both physically and mentally.
Thanks for the advice! I eat fresh fruit and vegetables everyday, and love doing so.

In my opinion, the best way to get healthy is eating food because food is essential for body. These are some advice to eat food to get healthy.
Eating food with nutrition such as carbohydrates, fats, minerals, proteins, and vitamins everyday. The consumers should have knowledge about nutritional need and sauces of nutrition.
Eating suitable meals a day. It is hard to confirm that how many meals a day is good to body. Most people eat 3 meals a day but I think it is depend on body wanted of each person.
Avoid to eat junk food or unhealthy food. Some food is harmful for somebody. For example, people who are high pressure or diabetes should avoid to eat food with fats.
Even, eating healthy and suitable food is the best way to get healthy, doing exercise and sleeping enough are good ways to get healthy that everybody should do too.
