Hi Learneng,

This does indeed cause lot of problems, as people tend to just use especially for both situations. Rules are relaxed with these two words, but if you want to be exact, I hope the following helps;

Especially
Something which deserves particular emphasis
The cake here is especially tasty

Specially
Something which takes place in a special manner, or is special
The dinner was made specially for you
