I know the meaning of this word but I can't pronounce it. Would appreciate your help.

PS: In my previous company we used to make Autologous vaccines for Non-hodgkins Lymphoma and I always had problem pronouncing the word.

Hi Learneng,

As a young learner of English we were never taught the phonetic alphabet which so many of my students use today. Instead I prefer to teach pronunciation by referencing others words you already know.

autologous = au (as in auto) + tol (as in toll) + lo (as in low) + gous (as in religious)

(Try to ignore that if you added my parts together you would get autollogous)
