This is the practice thread for the future simple tense. Include your sentence as a reply to this thread and I'll check it.

The future simple tense is of the form subject + will (or shall) + verb
It is used in the following ways;

Future facts: Shall I cook dinner tonight?
Promises: I will pay you back this week
Predictions: You’ll win the lottery this week
Assumptions: What will happen when she finds out?
Spontaneous decisions: I’ll bake a cake
Threats: You should do your homework or you’ll get in trouble

Hi Learneng,

Remember with this tense to use will or shall always, and keep the tense in it's basic form (without ing).

I will go to his house tonight.
Shall I come to your house tonight? Smiley
They will come to my house tonight. Smiley
Will you come to his house tonight?
The train will be here in any minute.

Shall I explain it?
Will they come for the party?
I will give this to him.
He will understand the problem.
Will he understand the problem?
