Can you guys advise on a couple of things to help me with my server issue:

1. When did you first notice the speed problem?
2. Is this on the whole site, or just the English-forum?
3. Where do you currently live?

Thanks a lot for all your help, I'm trying hard to sort this.

1. I experienced the sluggish of the link on a Forum section 4 weeks ago. As of today, July 11 (3:00 am. your time), I ran into the same problem twice. This time it showed the screen completely black for approximately 10-15 seconds. I have had this problem twice already.

2. Mostly Forum area and its link it will allow you to read and respond.

3. Ohio, USA.

I did notice some news a couple of days ago about an undersea cable stretching from America to China being laid. Perhaps this is causing the problem.

Regardless, I am still trying to get answers from my server and need more people to post replies to this topic
