what is the best way to use loose and lose can you explain it to me with some examples . thanks

The difference is clear when you remember that;

Loose: is a description of how tight something is, or isn't.
That rope is loose = it's not tight

Lose = is what happens when you forgot where you put something.
Did you lose your wallet? = asks if you know where your wallet is

Most people confuse them when trying to use the second meaning. Just remember that loose is something completely different.
