Hi Victoria,

The use of have, had and has is to do with the tense and the person being talked about.

Have = present tense for 'I'
I have eaten = relates the past to the present, and says the action is finished (present perfect tense example)

Has = present tense for 'he, she, it'
He has eaten = the same as above but for he

Had = past tense for 'I, she, he, it, they, we'
He had eaten = relates the past to the past (past perfect tense example)

I hope that helps a little. Keep going with your learning, I'll support you as much as I can.

Hi Victoria,

nowadays internet is vast medium to learn anything. My new mantra is "when in doubt, Google it" Smiley. I would suggest you to write a few sentences using have, had and has.
