Sorry about the chat box, I just turned my computer on again. It often says I am signed in when I'm not because my internet connections stays on all day.

The first sentence is the best.

Thanks a lot. I prepared a "meeting minute" and it was quite lengthy. With my minimal knowledge of the language I did a lousy job, it took an hour for my daughter to correct it yesterday. I need to send it by today and I wanted to add the above sentence in the meeting minutes previously corrected by my daughter. I wasn't sure which one is grammatically correct therefore I asked the question.
