Hi Luke,

What do they mean when people say they were wrapped (or they are wrapped). Does it mean they were busy?

Sorry Learneng, I've never heard it before. If I had to guess, I would say happy

If the phrase is wrapped up in something, then yes it means busy. In other words, that a task has taken all of their concentration and energy and is hard to break free of.

Sorry, I should have written the full sentence. It was wrapped-up instead of just wrapped. My apologies....
